Our downtown Seattle banquet rooms include:

• The Gallery Room (620 square feet) features a natural wood-burning fireplace, floor to ceiling French doors which open onto a small terrace that flood the room with natural light. A display of seasonal art exhibits adorn the walls. This is a beautifully versatile banquet room perfect for a board meeting or intimate dinner gatherings.
• The Grand Parlor (1365 square feet) is decorated with Italian-inspired carpets and gold-gilded chandeliers, creating a beautiful setting for a meeting, wedding reception or a culinary themed event to remember. This room can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests.
• The Library Bistro (1716 square feet) reminiscent of a 1940s supper club featuring faux lizard skin high-back booths and dramatic lighting creating an ultra-stylish setting for the most festive occasion of up to 200 guests. Whispering is definitely NOT required.
• The Reading Room (620 square feet) is perfect for semi-private dining events of up to 30 people located in the ambiance of the Library Bistro.

All of the private dining rooms and banquet rooms feature the Pacific Northwest cuisine from the Library Bistro. We also create distinctive alternatives to the typical business or social function. The Alexis Hotel features a fully-equipped Production Suite designed to accommodate commercial and film production offices.

• Six direct dial phone lines are offered in this suite. These phone lines can be set-up in a hunt group or with voicemail on all lines*.
