- Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
- The Alexis Hotel is 100% non-smoking. There are no rooms that allow smoking.
- How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
- High speed and wireless internet is complimentary in our guest rooms, meeting rooms and throughout the public spaces in the hotel. Wireless internet is available complimentary for Kimpton InTouch members. Wireless internet is also available for $11.99 per 24 hours for non Kimpton InTouch members.
- Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
- Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and High-speed wired internet access is available in a select number of rooms.
- Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
- The hotel has an on-site fitness center, as well as an on-site steam room. \ Both are complimentary for guest use, available 24 hours per day. The fitness center offers Precor equipment, free weights, elliptical, treadmill, and complimentary towel and water.
- Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
- The Alexis Hotel features room service selections from our Library Bistro & Bookstore Bar. Room service is available 24 hours daily.
- Do you have a business center?
- The hotel has an on-site business center available 24 hours daily, featuring personal computers, laptop connection, printing, copy, and wireless internet services. Faxing services can be assisted through our front desk staff.
- Do you have a pool?
- The Alexis Hotel does not have an on-site pool. Ask our concierge or other guest services representatives for assistance with local pool/aquatic options. The Alexis Hotel does feature an on-site steam room for our guest use.
- Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
- The Alexis Hotel does feature the Milagros SalonSpa. Milagros is a full service AVEDA spa available for our guests. The hours of operation are available on Monday – Saturday between 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- How do I get to the hotel?

- Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
- No, unfortunately the hotel does not have a shuttle service. Fare-based town car transportation can be arranged through our guest services department by contacting chris.randall@alexishotel.com
- What are your cross streets?
- The hotel is located at 1007 First Avenue, between Spring and Madison Streets. First Avenue is a two-way street. When arriving to the hotel, please note that during the City of Seattle's designated "rush hour" time frame's of Monday - Friday 6:00am to 9:00am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm, our entrance is only accessible on the Madison Street side of our building. Madison Street is a one-way street westbound only (hotel entrance is on the immediate right side).
- Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
- The hotel offers onsite valet parking for an overnight fee of $40.00 USD + tax. Parking is not included in the hotel room rate. Self parking is not available through the hotel.

- Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
- Yes our King Deluxe, Queen Queen Deluxe, Executive Suite, Premier Suite, Fireplace Suite, Spa Suite, Honeymoon Suite, and Alexis One Bedroom Suites will allow a rollaway/crib/playard. There is a charge of $15 + tax per night for rollaway beds and no charge for cribs or playards. The Alexis Queen and Alexis King rooms cannot accommodate a rollaway/crib/playard.
- I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
- Please contact the website that your reservation originated with to make changes to your itinerary. These changes will then be reflected in our system.
- What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
- Guests must be at least age 18 to register at the hotel.
- What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
- The hotel's standard cancellation policy is 24 hours (*please note some reservation bookings may have different cancellation penalties—review your confirmation or itinerary for more details). Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00pm local hotel time.
- Is my ID/passport required at check in?
- We do require a photo ID at time of check in for all reservations.
- What age do kids stay for free?
- Children 17 and under stay free with an adult in existing bedding. Children age 18 and over will be charged an additional adult fee of $15.00 per night.
- Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes. Some of our Executive Suites connect with other Executive Suites, or Queen Queen Deluxe rooms; Some of our Fireplace Suites connect with other Fireplace Suites, or King Deluxe; Some of our King Deluxe rooms connect with other King Deluxe and Queen Queen Deluxe, and Fireplace Suites; Some of our Premier Suites connect with Spa Suites, or our Honeymoon Suite; Some of our Queen Queen Deluxe rooms connect with our King Deluxe rooms, or Executive Suites; Some of our Spa Suites connect with Premier Suites, Executive Suites.
- Do you have accessible rooms?
- Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower. For more information on the accessible features of our hotel, click here.
- Do you have an early departure fee?
- Yes. The hotel does charge an early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax for departing the hotel early.
- What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?

Our Library Bistro restaurant serves breakfast from 7:00am–10:30am Monday–Friday, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am–1:00pm. The restaurant is also available for private parties and functions.
Our Bookstore Bar serves lunch and dinner from 11:15am–10:00pm (9:00pm Sunday and Monday nights) all days of the week, and offers late night dining options.

- We require a credit card for guarantee of a registration; however payment by credit card or cash upon departure for charges is accepted
Pets
- Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
- Yes, pets are accepted. There are no weight, height, or type restrictions. Guest will be asked to sign a release form upon check-in. If your pet will remain in the guest room while you are away, we ask that you provide us with a contact cellular number so that we may contact you. You may also inquire with our concierge about dog sitting services that may be available to you at . You may also pre-register your pet's arrival at the hotel by visiting our hotel Pet Registration Page.
- Do you have pet free rooms for those with allergies?
- The hotel does have allergen-free rooms; please note this request during the reservation process.
- Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?

- How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?
- There are plenty of walking options for your pet—either south 2 blocks toward Pioneer Square (where there are grassy park areas), or west 1 block toward the waterfront).
